Shipping and Returns
Because all items are individually handcrafted, please allow for 4-6 weeks for delivery from the date of receiving your order . All orders are sent via the United States Postal Service.
All returns or exchanges require our authorization. You must notify us within 7 business days of delivery of your order to initiate a return or exchange and receive a Return Authorization (RA). All returns for credit must be received within 10 business days of issuing you a RA, otherwise no credit will be honored. We do not accept returns on custom orders or sale items.
- Exchanges or credit only.
- Must be returned within 7 business days of receipt of package.
- Item must be in original box.
- All items returned must be undamaged and unused.
- Invoice must be included in package.
- Returns must be packaged in a padded envelope, insured and have the RA on the front of the package.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- There is a $5.00 processing fee charged on all exchanges.
Repair & Loss Policy
If in the process of normal use a jewelry piece should break, please return it to us for repair or replacement. If one earring is lost, please inform us and we will try to match the remaining earring at a nominal cost.
Delivery charges are calculated on the total weight of all products purchased. Please make note of the delivery charges. All packages are insured for the value of the products enclosed.
Goods are charged at the prices shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order. Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.
If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by phone, fax, e-mail or letter, then it will be dealt with promptly (we will reply within 5 working days). It will then be dealt with confidentially, and effectively.
